Computer Support Scam Alert
02 April 2018
Recently we have seen a lot of deceptive practices when it comes to computer tech support online. Some of which is just out right a scam. Anymore when you search for tech support online, a lot of your first results may be a third party that really has nothing to do with the vendor you need support from. Example: You buy a new game to install on your pc, but are having trouble. There is no tech support number on the box, so you google the support number for the name of the game. Chances are that number you find is to a third party that will mainly overcharge you for their services. In a lot of cases the service provided is legitimately done, but what is deceptive is how they overcharge you, how they can even claim to represent the company you were wanting support from in the first place, that may have been free.
Look for local support and avoid getting scammed by online predators. At DBC Repair we provide all the services that you may be looking for online, for probably a fraction of the price. We are truly here to address your problem.
